The hotel is centrally located in one of the quieter areas of Santos. We had a very large suite with a nice view. The suite was very well equipped as can be seen at Booking. Two toilets, one bathroom with a strong shower and good quality towels Very comfortable bed with good quality white bedclothes. Two good aircons. Good lighting. Good breakfast served in a nice breakfast room. Three fast elevators. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julio.

Room size was awesome, we could take a look at the every cuise ships that leaving the bay, the beds size was also perfect. The hotel is near a big shopping mall, It is a rather away to go walking, but it is less than 5 minutes by car.

Although expensive, the available space in the room was awesome, it looks like a flat. The hotel is somewhere near the Santos seaport.

The shower was amazingly strong, the bed super comfortable. I forgot my Apple Watch and they returned, honesty was highly appreciated being Brazil.

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff allowed me to check in earlier than 4pm after I’d had a very long international flight. I was very grateful. breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. there’s a supermarket and pharmacy close by.

Clean and fit for purpose. The staff is very friendly and will do what they can to accommodate the needs. We were able to check in earlier than usual without additional costs.

Everything is very organised and the staff are polite and nice. We didn’t had any problem since the checkin till the checkout. :)
